INFORMATION AND COUNSELING SERVICE "HELP DESK MS is a complex program of services designed since 2003, but with phased development. This program focuses on strengthening the infrastructure of the formal and informal tools for SSMR, activities designed to give professional long-term company resources and the capacity development of partnerships and recognition in oficials matters and specialized services. MS Help Desk Services are intended for :
People affected by MS:

Information regarding the disease, informational resources and contact;

Advice on legal and social issues for people affected by MS;

Advice on health issues for people affected by MS;

Database management (including new requests for treatment);

Special events for people affected by MS;

Various information;

Monitoring the quality of life for people affected by MS.

1. HELP LINE. In 2007 there were registered 2500 calls. The service is provided by an operator and can be accessed Monday to Friday between the hours 08:00 and 16:00. Those interested can call the telephone number 0 800 800 044. This phone number is free from any network (fixed and mobile).
2. Columna MAGAZINE, is still an important SSMR tool, the evidence of this is the growing of the public interest for this review. In 2004, the magazine reached a circulation of 1,500 copies. In 2007 were published 4 issues of the Column journal (quarterly publications). In 2008, we estimate an increase of 100 copies published and distributed, but our focus will turn to its quality (which is more apparent with every printed number). Column Magazine includes current information from medical, social and decisional on multiple sclerosis, locally, nationally and internationally.
