Because MS is a disease with many variables it is difficult to give an answer which is valid for all people with MS.
Each person is affected differently and suffers the symptoms with varying degrees of severity and frequency. Influencing employment or educational process depends on the severity of symptoms and the degree of the disability resulted from them.
Possibility of long-term disability should not overshadow the fact that a person with MS may have many productive years in the future. Usually people with mild diseases or whose symptoms are minimal or invisible, will not have further problems on work and education.
On the other hand there are many educational institutions that offer special conditions for disabled people in terms of schedule, sessions and conditions for admission exams, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
